Earlier this year, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) kicked off a “Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go from Here” tour targeting areas with Republican influence to rally progressive support. The tour is yet another anti-Trump movement designed to villainize President Trump, Elon Musk, and every GOP policy they spearhead.

Since AOC is so keen on visiting red states, Mark Levin invited her onto his show for a debate. It’s a perfect opportunity if her goal is to reach into corners of conservative influence.

“I said, ‘Hey, I’ve got a national town hall meeting here three hours a day, five days a week. We reach into every single one of those Republican districts and yours — Democrat districts. Come on for an hour,”’ he says.

After multiple calls and emails to her office, he “heard nothing.” He’s also reached out to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), and even some RINOs. None of them will respond to his invitations.

So when people ask him, “Why don’t you ever have one of these big Democrats on?” it’s because “they won’t come.”

According to Stephen A. Smith, a friend of Levin’s, “nobody wants to debate [him].”

But the invitation remains open.

“I’ll debate any of them on any of these platforms for an entire hour,” says Levin.

But so far, none of these Dems or RINOS will risk being humiliated by the Great One. Can you blame them?

In a disturbing news story, a former female teacher from Indiana is facing several child molestation charges after being accused of forcing multiple teenage boys into having group sex with her.

Some of the victims were as young as 13.

31-year-old Brittany Fortinberry is facing 24 more charges after five more alleged victims have come forward.

One victim claimed Fortinberry allegedly spent $600 on a group of teens before forcing them to wear the famous mask from the movie “Scream,” and having sex with them. The victims also claimed Fortinberry threatened suicide if they were to tell anyone.

But it doesn’t stop there, as Fortinberry was also allegedly paying teen boys between $100 and $800 for photos of their genitals, while also sending some teens nude and explicit videos on Snapchat and on an app called “Session.”

According to one victim, Fortinberry allegedly coaxed the boys who didn’t want to participate into it by saying “just let it happen.”

Even more concerning, a parent of one of the victims reportedly told the police that Fortinberry’s husband was well aware of what was going on — and threatened to “slaughter” the teenager in front of her if he were to come forward.

“I mean, I can’t imagine,” Dave Landau says on “Normal World.” “Like why the ‘Scream’ masks?”

“I just want to know how you even get to that point in a relationship with a teacher,” guest Deric Cahill says, adding, “How do you crack the door open to d**k picks?”

Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) says the idea of males participating in female sports is a distraction and was an election issue that “allowed” Americans to be “divided.”

Speaking with Errin Haines, editor at large for outlet the 19th, Crockett talked about “getting back to basics” and focusing on what is impacting the populace while ignoring distractions.

The first issue Crockett brought up was why there was so much focus on transgender athletes during the 2024 election cycle: “What are we doing?!” Crockett asked.

“In this election, we allowed ourselves to be divided. We allowed them to distract us, and we allowed them to talk about the trans folk,” the Democrat began. “According to them, the trans kids, they want to play sports. That is the biggest issue that we’ve had. Since when? Since when?! Find the little trans child that is ruining your life. I mean, I’m just like, what are we doing?! Like, what are we doing?!”

Interestingly, the interview with Crockett was recorded just days before several international stories broke regarding transgender athletes, in addition to the plethora of stories that led up to, and continued through, election season.

A former NCAA hurdler recently spoke out about her championships being taken by a male athlete and asked for the results of her races against the male to be overturned. Days later, a high school male won two gold medals in girls’ track and field in Portland, Oregon, for the second straight year. This prompted a federal investigation from the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

At the same time, World Athletics announced it would begin mandatory gender testing for female athletes in order to protect the integrity of women’s sports.

Crockett, and Democrats as a whole, seemingly ignoring this large wedge issue has massively benefited Republicans; polling has showed an increasing swing across political lines in favor of protecting women’s spaces.

A New York Times/Ipsos survey of 2,128 people showed that 79% of respondents believed males who identify as female should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports. This included over 1,000 Democrats who agreed at a rate of 67%.

A national exit poll from the Concerned Women for America found 70% of moderate voters saw the issue as important to them, as well.

“Truth matters. Men aren’t women,” Jennifer Sey, CEO of XX-XY Athletics, told Blaze News. “This is bigger than trans-identified men playing women’s sports. We’re defending truth and women’s right to fairness and privacy.”

‘Undocumented folk contribute billions …’

Crockett’s diatribe continued by downplaying the issue of illegal immigrants lowering wages and not paying taxes.

The congresswoman justified illegal labor by rhetorically asking the audience, “How many of you are raising kids to go and work on the farms?”

She then asked, “How many of you are looking to send your kids into hospitality after this college education so that they can go and make the beds at the hotels?”

Crockett then claimed illegal immigrants contribute “billions” to tax revenue but do not receive Social Security benefits and therefore are a net benefit to the country.

“They’re not talking about the fact that undocumented folk contribute billions in, I think it was a hundred billion dollars in tax revenue that we got.”

Long-suspended FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle — who still awaits justice for the Biden administration’s apparent retaliation against him for being a whistleblower — says his Christian faith continues to drive him as he seeks to have his security clearance reinstated and his good name restored after 30 months of hardship.

A week after Empower Oversight sent a
history of his case to the FBI with a request to reconsider the bureau’s revocation of his security clearance, O’Boyle said while he struggles with the painful delays, he uses his experience to talk to people about Jesus Christ and the faith that sustains him and his family.

‘I’ve thought about the biblical accounting of Joseph many times.’

“That’s where I keep leaning more and more, is to try to just speak the truth of Christ,” O’Boyle said in an interview with Blaze News. “And so if that’s the purpose — and I think in a way it already is — then so be it.

“Who cares what happens to me on earth if Christ can win some souls because of a little bit of hardship that I had to face or my family had to face?” O’Boyle said. “That’s worth it in droves.”

30 months and counting

O’Boyle, 38, of Waukesha County, Wis.,
continues to share more of his story of becoming a target of a weaponized FBI and Department of Justice. He just observed the 30-month anniversary of his suspension by the bureau based on probably false charges that he leaked information to Project Veritas. His security clearance was revoked in July 2024.

O’Boyle lost a dream promotion, his income, his home, his medical benefits, his peace of mind, and, ultimately, his unborn child due to miscarriage in March 2024. Such a journey would wilt and defeat many if not most others, but O’Boyle leans hard on his faith and regularly shares why Christ is the answer to it all.

“The Lord is using this for whatever His purposes are, even though we don’t necessarily understand them all the time,” O’Boyle said. “Who knows what the future will hold? This definitely will be a linchpin moment for all of us, and hopefully we can continue to deny self and point to the cross and say, ‘All right, I’m willing, Lord; use me even if it’s difficult.’ And this certainly has been difficult.”

American Radicals Podcast,” shares a favorite scriptural reference on every episode. He has cited the Psalms, Genesis, the Old Testament prophets, and admonitions from St. Paul’s letters. He does similar things when appearing on other media, just as he did before a televised hearing of the House Committee on the Judiciary in May 2023. Faith is the fabric from which O’Boyle is woven.

“I’ve thought about the biblical accounting of Joseph many times during the last 30 months,” he said. “It’s Genesis 50, verse 20.”

‘Who am I to be able to carry the banner of Christ?’

Joseph, the 11th son of Jacob and the firstborn of Rachel, was a favorite of his father as evidenced by a multicolored coat given to him. His envious brothers plotted to kill him but instead took his garment, sold him into slavery, and sent the coat back to Jacob soaked in animal blood. After Jacob’s death, the brothers came to Joseph, now a respected Egyptian official, seeking forgiveness.

And his brethren came to him: and worshipping prostrate on the ground they said: We are thy servants. And he answered them: Fear not: can we resist the will of God? You thought evil against me: but God turned it into good, that he might exalt me, as at present you see, and might save many people.

O’Boyle said he draws a powerful lesson from Joseph, that God will draw good even from the worst treachery.

“He tells them, ‘What you meant for evil, God meant for good,’” O’Boyle said. “And I rest in that a lot, because most of the time I don’t see the good, I don’t feel the good, I don’t hear about the good.”

O’Boyle said he has heard from people who saw him on social media or on broadcasts talking openly of his faith. That experience has been humbling.

“There have been a small handful of people who have already reached out, who’ve said, ‘I’m in a Bible study now. I can’t believe your faith. I opened my Bible again because of you.’ And I think, ‘Well, that’s not because of me,’” he said.

“That’s the Holy Spirit at work. That’s not Garret O’Boyle doing any of that,” he said. “It’s very humbling because it’s like, why would God bother with somebody like me? Who am I to be able to carry the banner of Christ and try to push that message forward? I’m nobody. And yet he’s put me in this position.”

O’Boyle, his wife, Heidi, and their four daughters have been on a long, nightmarish path since Sept. 26, 2022, when he walked into an FBI office in Virginia to start a new job. He was instead stripped of his gun and credentials and put on unpaid suspension following legally protected whistleblower disclosures he made to Congress.

The 22-page Empower Oversight letter provides a painfully detailed breakdown of O’Boyle’s case and the retaliation he and his attorneys say was visited upon him for standing up on issues like vaccine mandates, COVID testing with no religious accommodation, tracking the activities of local school board members, targeting pro-life activists as potential terrorists, inflating/padding of domestic terrorism cases, and many other issues. Empower Oversight represents O’Boyle in his case.

“It soon became clear that no one within FBI management or leadership took seriously his good-faith protected disclosures of FBI wrongdoing — much less investigated them, fixed the problems, or punished the wrongdoers,” wrote Empower Oversight founder Jason Foster. “Thus, starting in late 2021, SA O’Boyle began making protected disclosures to Congress concerning the politicization and weaponization of the FBI.”

‘Wow, they really screwed that guy.’

O’Boyle said he thought his case would have been resolved by now with the election of President Donald J. Trump and the confirmation of Kash Patel as FBI director. Patel was deeply familiar with the cases of O’Boyle and other FBI whistleblowers. His foundation helped O’Boyle — and others — with funds for Christmas just before O’Boyle’s FBI salary was cut off.

“I did not think it was going to take this long,” he said. “I didn’t think we were even going to have to submit this letter, to be honest. … I kind of go back and forth between hopeful and despondent, and I would say now I’m just apathetic. I’m not holding my breath on anything. I’m pretty disappointed at this point that there’s been such a lack of action.”

O’Boyle said that before his confirmation, Patel had indicated a desire to bring him and other victims of FBI weaponization back to the bureau.

‘There’s no clarity’

“We thought after Trump got elected that that would bring some clarity, but it hasn’t,” O’Boyle said. “And then we thought once Kash was confirmed, it would bring even more clarity. And it seemed like that’s the direction things we’re headed.

“But there’s no clarity still. We’ve got to get this monkey off our back before we can, one way or the other, before we can try to figure out what to do with the rest of our life.”

Even factoring in his personal bias in the case, O’Boyle said anyone who reads the Empower Oversight letter should come away understanding the injustice of the situation for him and his family.

“I don’t know how you read that and walk away and say, ‘That guy was wrong,’ and not the other way around where, ‘Wow, they really screwed that guy.’”

On March 20, U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary,
wrote to Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging action to “right the ship.”

“My office has been told that, in many of these cases, the suspension of their security clearances resulted in immediate, indefinite suspensions without pay while the FBI improperly and intentionally delayed the process for these individuals to contest the adverse action,” Grassley wrote. “This tyrannical government conduct caused significant financial hardship.”

O’Boyle said he tries to remain optimistic, but the continuing delays make it difficult to see justice reigning in his case.

“It seems like it’s so close and it seems like it’s such an easy right for them to do that,” he said. “I can almost taste it, like, ‘Okay, here we are at a potential outcome that I used to not even imagine, and now it’s so close,’ and it’s like, ‘Oh, just make it right.’”

The FBI National Press Office told Blaze News that the bureau has no comment on O’Boyle’s case.

Despite the hell the case put him and his family through, O’Boyle says he does not regret his decision to fight to restore his name and his career.

‘That is going to take years to undo.’

“I vividly remember getting walked out of that FBI building, and I remember thinking, ‘I don’t care what it takes. I am going to fight this as long as I have to. Even if it means becoming entirely bankrupt, I’m going to fight this because this is wrong,’” he said. “And thankfully, Heidi agreed and bought in to that. Certainly it has come with struggle for us both, but we have remained consistent in that belief.”

O’Boyle acknowledges that Patel faces a herculean task to reform the FBI after years of political targeting of conservatives who stand up for the rule of law.

“Think of the cultural rot that has occurred at the FBI,” he said. “That’s not going to change in a few weeks because you got a new director and then a few weeks later a new deputy director. That is going to take years to undo.”

Last week, an Indiana woman filed a lawsuit, alleging that an OB/GYN in Illinois botched a late-term abortion and left her permanently scarred.

Blaze News spoke with Jane Doe’s attorney, Richard Craig, to learn more about the incident and what Craig and his client hope to accomplish through the litigation.

Doe’s D&E: A ‘bad choice’ made worse

On April 1, 2023, Jane Doe walked into Equity Clinic in Champaign, Illinois, seeking an elective abortion. At that point, she was 22 weeks pregnant and was scheduled to undergo a procedure called a dilation and evacuation, which requires patients to visit the clinic on two consecutive days.

On April 2, Doe returned to the clinic, having experienced no issues the previous day, and Dr. Keith Reisinger-Kindle and other members of the Equity Clinic staff continued the procedure, removing the unborn child from Doe’s womb using a “combination of a 15 suction catheter and … a Sopher clamp under ultrasound guidance,” the lawsuit said.

Afterward, Kindle was required to account for all of the baby’s body parts — referred to as the “products of conception” in the patient’s chart — to make sure nothing remained in the woman’s uterus. The “products of conception were visibly inspected and found to be complete,” said a note regarding Doe generated by Kindle, according to court documents.

Medical staff performed a laparotomy that revealed ‘half of a deceased pre-born human being’ still inside her uterus.

Only Kindle could not possibly have done that, Craig told Blaze News.

The first sign that something was terribly wrong was the severe cramping. Doe called the clinic on April 3 to complain of “heavy cramping,” only to be told to take ibuprofen or Tylenol. When she called back five hours later, still in some pain and now having difficulty breathing and experiencing “a lot of pressure” in her rear end, she was instructed to take a laxative, the lawsuit said.

When she called back yet again the following day, having taken two laxatives that did not lead to a bowel movement, Doe was told to try an enema and perhaps consider going to an urgent care clinic or ER.

Thankfully, she took that advice and went to Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, where medical staff performed a laparotomy that revealed “half of a deceased pre-born human being” still inside her uterus, the lawsuit said.

The remains of the baby were removed from Doe’s uterus, and pieces of “fetal skull” were likewise removed from her intestines, the lawsuit claimed. Her uterus also required treatment for a perforation that allegedly occurred during the abortion.

Craig’s description of the abortion complications was even more gruesome. Rather than “half” of a baby still inside Doe, records showed it was “closer to two-thirds,” he told Blaze News.

“The child still had a spine and an upper torso.”

Because of the medical reports from the hospital, Craig reiterated that Kindle could not have “visibly inspected” all of the child’s body parts following the abortion and “found” them “to be complete” as noted in Doe’s chart.

“There’s no way that he inspected the uterus and determined that everything had been removed because there’s no way that he could have missed that.”

Kindle did not respond to a request for comment from Blaze News.

A message left at Equity Clinic — which features an LGBTQ+ flag on its webpage and slams the term “late-term abortion” as an attempt to “shame people,” not necessarily women, who have abortions late into pregnancy — was not returned.

Abortion aftermath

Though Doe did recover from the allegedly botched abortion, she was apparently left permanently scarred. The lawsuit claimed that the incident resulted in “psychiatric damages and physical damages that will affect her ability to carry and deliver children for the rest of her life.”

Craig told Blaze News that Doe undoubtedly suffered permanent physical injury from the abortion and subsequent complications.

“It’s unclear whether she would ever be able to deliver except by C-section — and it’s unclear whether she’ll ever be able to deliver again at all,” he said.

‘He just wanted to get her off the phone.’

Craig also blames Kindle’s apparently dismissive treatment of Doe for her ongoing emotional injuries, and to illustrate, he pointed to an exchange Doe and Kindle had three days after the procedure.

On April 5, 2023, Doe called Kindle and asked him whether her unborn child had been a boy or a girl. Kindle’s alleged response was nothing short of “callous,” Craig claimed, since the child’s remains were already long since gone.

“Instead of telling her, ‘It didn’t occur to me to check. I don’t know, and I will never know,’ he said, ‘I don’t know, but I’ll go back, and I’ll look, and I’ll let you know if I find anything out,'” Craig claimed.

“He basically gave her an answer just to get her off the phone because he knew that there’s no way he would be able to tell whether it was a boy or a girl at that point. He should have leveled with her,” he continued.

“He just wanted to get her off the phone.”

Kindle was apparently equally as unhelpful when he spoke with a general surgeon from Community Hospital South who also called on April 5. The surgeon wanted to inform Kindle about the laparotomy on his patient and to inquire about what happened during the abortion procedure.

Kindle “refused to answer any questions or provide any information … about the Abortion procedure, claiming lack of consent” from Doe, the lawsuit said.

Doe and Craig are not the only ones dissatisfied with Kindle and his job performance both during and after Doe’s abortion.

An unnamed board-certified OB/GYN who has performed more than 1,000 first- and second-trimester surgical abortions reviewed Doe’s case and determined that “Kindle deviated from a reasonable standard of care” by causing a uterine perforation and then failing to notice and by “failing to adequately examine the fetal parts obtained during the suction D&E procedure,” the physician wrote in a sworn affidavit.

According to a glowing 2023 article about abortionists in the Chicago Tribune, Kindle has spent his entire adult life assisting and performing abortions. He also bragged about his bedside manners with scared abortion patients.

“I was holding their hand and wiping away their tears and being their emotional support,” Kindle recalled to the Tribune.

“And for a lot of our patients, having men in their lives fill that role is unheard of. That just fueled me. I was like, we need men — and particularly white men — to use their experience and their privilege and their place in the world to show folks that this is actually how we treat people and how we support people. Once you’re a part of that, you can’t do anything else,” he continued.

“The only reason I went to medical school was to be an abortion provider.”

Until recently, Kindle was a clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, as well as the OB/GYN director of a women’s health clinic affiliated with the school. In fact, he parted ways with the university so recently that, as of Thursday morning, he remains listed on the school website among the OB/GYN faculty “leadership.”

However, when Blaze News emailed Kindle at the Wright State address listed, we received a reply stating, “As you may have heard, I have submitted my resignation to Wright State University.” The reply also provided Kindle’s personal email address as well as his email address associated with Equity Clinic. Kindle did not respond to the emails sent to those addresses.

A representative of the OB/GYN division at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine did not respond to a request for comment from Blaze News.

Looking for ‘justice’

When speaking with Blaze News, attorney Richard Craig did not attempt to dodge the moral component of abortion or Jane Doe’s culpability in procuring one. In fact, that was one of the reasons he decided to keep her real name out of the lawsuit, to protect her from online “vitriol.”

“She’s a good person. … She made a bad choice,” Craig said regarding the abortion. “We all do. We’re all human beings.”

“I think she’d be the first to step up and say, ‘I made a bad choice.'”

‘Our society presents the process of abortion in a very sterile way.’

However, Doe is still a victim in this case, he averred.

“She is a good person that made a bad choice. She was harmed by a bad person who made a deliberate choice to do what he did,” he explained, referring to Kindle. “And when faced with the knowledge that he caused her real harm, he reacted in a very callous and disinterested way.”

Many pro-life advocates and groups agreed.

“This is far from healthcare. This is far from ‘pro-woman,'” wrote CatholicVote.

“Is this the kind of ‘healthcare’ women can expect from Illinois? This mother and her baby deserve justice,” added the American Association of Pro Life OBGYNs.

The lawsuit accuses Kindle of failing to inspect the baby’s body parts as required by protocol, causing and then failing to address Doe’s uterine perforation, failing to provide adequate post-abortive care, and overall carelessness and negligence. It is seeking an amount “in excess of the jurisdictional minimum” of $50,000.

“I’m hoping to achieve a semblance of justice for my client, who was gravely injured because of this,” Craig told Blaze News.

Additionally, Craig hopes that the lawsuit will warn other women, particularly young women, that abortions like the D&E Jane Doe underwent pose serious risks and to consider carrying their unborn child to term instead.

“Our society presents the process of abortion in a very sterile way and in a way that does not fully reflect just how … [much] the human body resists the effort,” Craig stated. “It’s not something that is easily accomplished.”

“I hope that many would ponder maybe it would be a better approach to stick it out as opposed to undergo this procedure.”

Maybe it was the 13th step that annoyed the agency the most: “Legally indict and charge CIA officials who engage in a criminal conspiracy to silence whistleblowers, block information from Congress, or violate U.S. and constitutional law.” It just wouldn’t be the same old CIA any more if they couldn’t lie to Congress or our duly elected president.

The day after I posted the 13 steps, I received a warning from X stating I had violated its guidelines and was being suspended for multiple copyright violations. I was unable to log in and access my account. Four attempts to appeal the suspension resulted in a boilerplate response instructing me to log in to my account for further information.

Of course, I was unable to log in to do so.

What’s more, I could not follow any other X users or post comments on their pages. It was an endless loop of blockages. This occurred just as 80,000 pages of JFK assassination documents were released — a critical moment. I had prepared evidentiary posts indicating the CIA was involved in the murder of President John F. Kennedy. My position as a CIA officer who had worked in all four agency directorates — as well as being the only one to publicly challenge the state secrets privilege and publish a book about the history of the CIA without the agency’s approval — made me unique among commentators.

Finally, I contacted my dear friend Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — who has reached the same conclusion regarding the CIA’s culpability in the murder of his uncle — spelling out what had just happened. Since he is extremely busy with his new Cabinet post at Health and Human Services, I was unsure whether I would receive an answer.

Within a matter of hours, I received a text back from Bobby. He advised me that he had passed my text to James Musk — Elon’s cousin and an X executive. James responded immediately. After researching the matter, James advised me that X had not suspended @kevin_shipp. Some entity — perhaps the CIA? — had created a fraudulent @kevin_shipp account, which caused an override of the true account and sent me a fictitious X community guidelines violation along with multiple copyright violation claims on the 13 steps to CIA reform.

James uncovered this malicious attack in just under two hours. Following his guidance on how to regain access to the real account, @kevin_shipp was back up, and all 13 steps were there and open for comments.

What a relief to see my first post go live again — just one word: “Test.” My co-author quickly shared the story on X, paying to boost the post. It reached 1.6 million people.

The experience showed just how powerful X has become in the fight against deep-state corruption. Americans want their country back from those who have taken control.

Watching Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and James Musk respond so swiftly and boldly to a targeted attack on my account was inspiring and reassuring. That night, I slept peacefully, knowing I wasn’t alone in standing up for our republic.

This fight isn’t mine alone — it belongs to all of us. And with people like Kennedy and Musk stepping up, we’re finally pushing back.

Ben Shapiro recently asked, “Does it really matter who shot John F. Kennedy?” My answer is “yes and no.” If the question concerns whether finding out who shot Kennedy is the most pressing issue facing our country, I concur with Shapiro that the answer is clearly “no.”

But the release of 80,000 previously unseen documents isn’t just about who killed JFK. It’s about a long-standing pattern of deception, manipulation, and lawlessness from the highest levels of government — and that is one of the most pressing issues facing our country today.

The moment we stop asking questions is the moment when bad actors within our institutions know they can get away with corruption.

For over 60 years, the official narrative surrounding Kennedy’s assassination has been that Lee Harvey Oswald pulled off a near-impossible series of shots. The improbability of his success is heightened by puzzling facts, such as KGB reports that Oswald was a horrible marksman coupled with his subpar rifle.

This is the story we’ve been told to accept without question. But what we now know raises deeply troubling questions about what really happened and, more importantly, why the government is so determined to keep the whole truth from us.

Cracks in the narrative

The recent document release didn’t give us a smoking gun, but it did confirm a pattern of CIA malfeasance that should alarm every American.

We now have solid evidence that the CIA was running illegal domestic espionage operations — including spying on Barry Goldwater, the Republican presidential nominee in 1964. If the intelligence agencies were willing to illegally surveil a major political figure back then, what do you think they’re capable of now?

The unchecked power of our intelligence agencies did not begin or end with the Kennedy assassination — it is a systemic issue that continues to this day.

For decades, the intelligence community has fought transparency at every turn. Each time a president promises to release the complete JFK files, the CIA steps in to block key documents.

The most recent example came under President Biden, when CIA Director William Burns personally urged the White House to keep certain records classified. Burns, notably, was one of several government officials who met with Jeffrey Epstein — three times.

The same agency now citing “national security” concerns over files from the 1960s is the same one tied to Epstein. That connection alone should raise serious questions for every American.

Corruption beyond JFK

This pattern of deception extends far beyond the Kennedy assassination.

We’ve seen it in Benghazi, where Americans died, and the truth was buried under bureaucratic stonewalling. We saw it in the aftermath of 9/11, when former FBI agents alleged that the CIA was running an illegal domestic spy ring and even attempted to recruit two of the hijackers before the attack. And we’ve seen it in the blatant weaponization of intelligence agencies against political opponents — from the Russia collusion hoax to the unprecedented persecution of a sitting and former president.

In recent memory, critical evidence regarding the truth of what happened on January 6 — including text messages from Kamala Harris’ Secret Service detail — mysteriously disappeared. Or COVID-19, where intelligence agencies, including Britain’s MI6, have now admitted it was “beyond reasonable doubt” that the virus was engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. And yet for years, anyone who dared suggest such a possibility was smeared as a conspiracy theorist.

Always ask questions

Asking questions — whether it be about JFK’s assassination, Benghazi, COVID-19, or any other “conspiracy theory” — is critical. The moment we stop is the moment when bad actors within our institutions know they can get away with corruption. Rebuilding trust in our institutions begins with asking the right questions and identifying the infection to provide the proper remedy.

The intelligence community has operated with impunity for decades because we, the American people, have been conditioned to accept its narratives without question. The JFK files are not just about a 62-year-old assassination; they are a case study in how deep-state corruption endures and evolves.

If the CIA had nothing to hide, why is the agency still hiding it?

We need to rebuild trust in our institutions — not through blind faith but through real accountability.

America’s founders didn’t place their trust in government officials. They trusted the system of checks and balances designed to limit power. Those safeguards have eroded, but they can be restored.

We don’t need to believe in bureaucrats. We need a system that exposes the truth, prosecutes wrongdoing, and applies justice equally. Until that happens, public distrust will grow — and for good reason.

At a Human Rights Campaign dinner, Democrat Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett decided it would be a great idea to mock Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s use of a wheelchair by calling him “Governor Hot Wheels.”

“We in these hot-a** Texas streets, honey,” Crockett began. “Y’all know we got Governor Hot Wheels down there, come on now. And the only thing hot about him is that he is a hot-a** mess, honey.”

Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” is shocked that Crockett would publicly stoop that low — though she’s well aware that it’s all an act.

“I mean, yes, it is an act, because there are videos of her speaking normally and not adding in ebonics and speaking ghetto and talking like a hood rat,” Gonzales says.

“It is an act, and it’s so rich coming from the left,” she continues. “You’re not allowed to joke about anything; comedy is dead. You can’t make fun of anyone for their disability, their race, you can’t lean into stereotypes because that’s mean.”

“And then you have Jasmine Crockett, who is in a position that used to be prestigious; it’s not any more,” she says. “I mean, is this the most offensive thing that she’s said? I don’t know because there have been many times during hearings in Congress, at the Capitol, where she has just belittled the position that she holds.”

“Like really, that’s how little you think of your constituents,” she adds.

Video captured the moment that a man rammed his four-wheeler into a Tesla vehicle in Texas, and police say he went on to damage two other Tesla vehicles.

The surveillance video shows 33-year-old Demarqeyun Cox from Texarkana allegedly driving an ATV into the car intentionally on Tuesday, according to Texarkana, Texas, Police Department.

‘He has not told us what his motivation was in doing that is or was.’

Police said the man’s anti-Tesla rampage began at the Golden Place restaurant on Summerhill Road, where he was captured on the Tesla’s surveillance footage ramming into it at full speed.

They were investigating the incident when police got a report of another Tesla damaged in the parking lot of a Lowe’s.

Police then said they saw a man fitting the description riding an ATV near the intersection of Summerhill and New Boston Roads. When they questioned Cox, he reportedly gave them a false name initially.

Police got a third report of Tesla vandalism near Genesis Prime Care on College Drive after they arrested Cox.

The man was charged with one count of felony criminal mischief and one count of failure to identify. Police said additional charges are pending for the other incidents.

Police also said that the word “Elon” was scratched into two vehicles.

“In the initial incident, he rammed the car with the four-wheeler, and the two subsequent incidents, he actually used some kind of tool to scratch the word ‘Elon’ into the paint of the vehicles there,” said Shawn Vaughn of the TTPD. “He has not told us what his motivation was in doing that is or was.”

Cox was in custody at the Bi-State Justice Center Jail in Texarkana on a bond of $105,000.

Tesla has been the target of protests from the far left after the company’s owner, Elon Musk, announced his support for President Donald Trump and then joined the administration to advise the Department of Government Efficiency. Some Tesla dealerships and vehicles have been vandalized with physical damage, gunshots, and even firebombing.

Video of the man ramming into the vehicle was widely shared on social media.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R) signed new legislation on Wednesday that requires mobile app stores, including Apple and Google, to implement a user age verification process to protect children online.

The law, sponsored by Sen. Todd Weiler (R) and Rep. James Dunnigan (R), passed earlier this month. The bill takes effect on May 7.

‘The apps are the first main gateway to how you protect children.’

Instead of age checks at app download, Utah’s law mandates that app stores verify ages up front. The App Store Accountability Act, a first-of-its-kind law, requires providers to confirm users’ age categories, secure parental consent for minors, and share that data with app developers. A minor may download or purchase an app or make in-app purchases only with consent from a linked parental account.

The act prohibits app stores from enforcing contracts against minors who did not receive parental consent or from “misrepresenting parental content disclosures.”

Utah’s Division of Consumer Protection has been tasked with establishing age verification standards.

Additionally, Utah’s new legislation “creates a private right of action for parents of harmed minors,” “provides a safe harbor for compliant developers,” and “includes a severability clause.”

The law permits parents to sue app providers that violate the act, claiming $1,000 per violation or actual damages.

Meta, X, and Snap Inc. issued a joint statement praising Utah’s new legislation.

We applaud Governor Cox and the State of Utah for being the first in the nation to empower parents and users with greater control over teen app downloads, and urge other states to consider this groundbreaking approach. Parents want a one-stop-shop to oversee and approve the many apps their teens want to download, and Utah has led the way in centralizing it within a device’s app store. This approach spares users from repeatedly submitting personal information to countless individual apps and online services. We are committed to safeguarding parents and teens, and look forward to seeing more states adopt this model.

A February report from the Wall Street Journal found that at least eight other states — Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, and West Virginia — were considering similar legislation.

Terry Schilling, the president of the American Principles Project, told Blaze News that Utah’s new bill is “a very strong law” and a “good first step.”

Schilling outlined the major threats facing children online.

“You want to protect children anywhere where people can get access to them,” Schilling explained. “The apps are the first main gateway to how you protect children. So that’s why I think it’s a really great first step.”

“Then next, we’ve got to start protecting kids from porn online directly by forcing the porn companies to do age verification,” he continued, noting that 20 states have already implemented this requirement. “You’ve got to start protecting children and doing age verification for social media accounts in general.”

Schilling told Blaze News that he anticipates that other states will soon enforce legislation similar to Utah’s to protect children online.

“There is a huge movement of people in America that want to protect kids online, and it’s now being translated to the political class — to the politicians and their staff,” he said. “That is so critical and important to actually getting things done. You can’t just change the culture or people’s hearts and minds; you’ve actually got to legislate it.”

Apple and Google did not respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.

Both have previously expressed privacy concerns regarding age verification laws for app stores.

Last month, Apple stated that “the right place to address the dangers of age-restricted content online is the limited set of websites and apps that host that kind of content.”

On March 12, Google’s director of public policy, Kareem Ghanem, stated, “These proposals introduce new risks to the privacy of minors, without actually addressing the harms that are inspiring lawmakers to act. Google is proposing a more comprehensive legislative framework that shares responsibility between app stores and developers and protects children’s privacy and the decision rights of parents.”
